Declaration on Digital Accessibility

Tanzsportzentrum Dresden e.V. is committed to ensuring that its website, saxoniandanceclassics.de, meets digital accessibility standards and to continuously improving it.

We recognise the societal and design-related importance of accessible web services. Although, as a micro-enterprise, we are not legally required to comply fully with the statutory requirements under Section 1(3) of the Act to Strengthen Accessibility (BFSG), we take the needs of all users seriously.

Current status

Our website is not currently fully accessible, but it partially complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / 2.2 – Conformance Level AA.

We are working to gradually identify and remove digital barriers. Our aim is to improve usability and accessibility for everyone – regardless of their individual abilities.

Planned Measures

The following improvements are planned or are currently being implemented:

• Improving keyboard navigation and focus management
• Revising colour contrasts
• Adding alternative text for images
• Optimising responsive design
• Accessible forms and clearer navigation
• Implementation is carried out gradually, taking into account our staffing and technical resources.
